KitchenAid Mixer - ProLine 600 —
This machine runs our kitchen! We use it almost daily. There are tons of attachments available. It's sturdy. You can truly multi-task. While you're mixing the cake you can be slicing the strawberries. It has a nice big capacity - you can double and even triple recipes without any fear of it spilling over. I have the flat grey color so it looks really cool on the counter top. I got an extra bowl so I can have one chilling in the fridge while I'm still using the other one. It's great for kneading dough and whipping cream - both of which are a chore to do by hand. Saves tons of time. I've been using them at one home or another since childhood - never had anything break - never needed service. Couldn't be better, couldn't ask for anything more from it.
