KitchenAid Mixer Review

My loving husband gave me a Kitchen Aid mixer over five years ago for Christmas. I had no idea, but he did know I wanted one. It was the only thing I told him I wanted that involved a plug. I can make everything from yummy mashed potatoes, to bread, to cookies. The possibilities are endless. And with the interchangeable attachments, I can make cake AND whip cream in a jiffy. My only added recommendation is to buy an extra bowl. You need an extra bowl so when you are in the middle of baking, or mixing, or whatever, you don't have to wait and clean it so you can use it again. Especially when it's sticky cookie or cake batter. It takes a lot longer to clean and is easier to clean when it gets a good soak with soap and water. I probably use my Kitchen Aid Mixer about once a week. Even more so starting around October through December. We are looking forward to baking this season, which we've already started.
