This KitchenAid blender is absolutely amazing! I received it as a wedding present, and I wanted shaved ice for a coctail that I was making. I put the cubes of ice in there and hit the puree button and in 15 seconds I had shaved ice! I was so excited, I've owned several kinds of blenders, but none that actually chopped the ice down that fine! I would definitely recommend this to anyone wanting a high quality blender and buy another if this one should go out. I use it almost every day and I've had it for three years now.
