While the Kitchen Aid mixers are pricey, they are worth the cash.  Especially if you can find it on sale as I did for a great deal.  The mixer does present a difficult decision:  what color should you choose?  There are so many to choose from!  I have the Empire Red, and its brilliant red brightens up my kitchen counter.

But the mixer is not just attractive, it accomplishes all kinds of tasks in the kitchen.  There are several attachments sold separately that can connect to the mixer.  I have the ice cream maker, cheese grater, and juicer.  The cheese grater is the one I use the most. ...

Best mixer ever!  I've had mine for 27 years.  Has interchangeable blades for beating , whipping and bread dough.  Beating heavy cookie batter is a breeze with this mixer. Makes the best whipped cream.  My husband likes it for making his famous mashed potatoes. You can buy attachments for making pasta, grinding meat, etc.  If I could only have one kitchen appliance it would be my Kitchen -aid mixer.

I have always wanted a stand mixer so when my hand mixer "died" I did a lot of research and asking questions before I bourght the Kitchen Aid Artisan. I couldn't be happier, I find myself getting it out to do everything from beating eggs, making cakes or making bread. I am so proud to own it.
