KitchenAid Kitchen Aid Pro 6 qt. Mixer Review

I really love to cook and bake in the kitchen and I finally splurged and bought a KitchenAid Kitchen Aid Pro 6 qt. Mixer which is the best kitchen appliance I have ever owned.  I was a little hesitant about spending over $300 on a mixer, but it seemed great and not only promised to deliver on mixing, but also had an added ice cream maker and pasta roller attachments.  I bought this in a deep plum color, but they have many colors to choose from to match any kitchen.  The base won't slip on the counter and it is very easy to use.  I use this for mixing up cake and brownie batters, and it is perfect for breads and other yeast doughs.  I like that the bowl is heavy and doesn't spatter when the mixers are inserted.  The bowl is nonstick so it is easy to scrape the sides and transfer the batter to baking dishes.  It also whips up light mashed potatoes and merengues and the pasta roller is super easy to use for great Italian dishes.  I like the ice cream attachment because it creams the ingredients for a great dessert.  Besides being so great for all my baking, it is super easy to clean and the attachements are dishwasher safe.
