KitchenAid Kitchen Aid Pro 6 qt. Mixer Review

I have had a Kitchen Aid 6 quart pro-mixer now for 10 years and before that I had the

Classic Mixer.  I love it.  I make home made pizza at least once every couple of weeks

and it performs beautifully.  It takes 8 cups of flour and all the rest of the ingredients and

kneads the dough perfectly.  And I can go about doing something else in the 10 minutes it takes to knead the dough.  I also use it for cakes, frostings, pies, cookies, and I have the noodle attachment and use it to make homemade spaghetti and raviolis. I  As I said I had the classic mixer before and it performed well for most things but it wasn't heavy duty enough to knead dough.  I highly recommend this machine for anyone who enjoys baking.
