KitchenAid Kitchen Aid Immersion Blender KHB 300 Reviews

I recently bought the Kitchen Aid Immersion Blender KHB300 to replace the trusty Braun I had finally worked to death. I researched a few of the main brands,and the Kitchen Aid had more of the features I wanted, and was on sale for $89.99!

 It has a very powerful motor for the stick blender attachment, including a speed control dial.  It is easy to remove the blender blade and replace it with the whip included with the 300 model.  The whip beats egg whites for meringue in an included blending beaker in about 3 minutes, much faster than my regular mixer.

I received a black KitchenAid KHB300OB Professional Immersion Blender for my birthday this year.  This is my first immersion blender and wanted one in order to make liquifying things (e.g. soups) easier, quickier, and much less messier.  The blender itself works like a charm and is like the Dremel tool of the kitchen.  It is very easy to switch attachments and because only the attachment gets dirty when used, clean-up is a snap.  I have found all sorts of uses for the immersion blender already, including:  mashed potatoes, milkshakes right in the ice cream container, whisking egg whites,...
