I finally broke down and spent the $ on a Kitchen Aid food processor. OH MY GOSH! What a difference! You turn it on and it purrs, instead of that loud motor noise of other processors.  It has a sturdy base with rubber feet.  Also a nice touch is the smaller bowl to process a small amount… read full review »

this is the second machine we have this problem with.  This machine was used very little even though it was almost two years old.  Contacted Kitchen Aid and received little to no assistance.  The machine has less tha 25 hours of use on it, making it extremely expensive to… read full review »

This was my husband''s Christmas gift to me last year and I couldn't be happier with his choice.  I've had other food processors and this one outshines them by far!  The main thing that I absolutely love about it is the fact that it come with a mini bowl. This bowl fits right inside the larger one and is stored there also. It is to use when you are chopping small amounts of items, and comes with a smaller size blade just for it.  So nice when you only need smalls amounts of items and hate to dirty the whole processor!  I find that I use it quite often, in… read full review »

I have owned other food processor in the past that were disappointing.  They either broke, or over processed the food.  This One is a work horse.  I use it a minimum of 3 times a week.  It slices potatoes for scalloped potatoes perfectly.  I grate both Hard and soft cheese with no problem.  My 3 year old Niece Even helps by feeding either the cheese or onions or herbs.  It is on the heavy side so if you have counter space it would be easier.  I don't but I still use it constantly.  I have had processor for a long time now.  When I got it it… read full review »

I used the same food processor for 20 years. It worked--so why replace it? The fact was I needed a larger bowl than my old one had, and I was tired of chop/empty and repeat. I decided on a kitchenaid as I have been happy with their products and service (I buy online, after I find a deal). I used it as soon as it arrived. Who knew food processors had improved so much? The blades zipped through the food (much faster than in my old machine). There was no need to empty the processor to make room for more, and it did just a plain better job than I could have ever dreamed. — If… read full review »

This processor seems a little pricey but it is the kitchenaid brand so I felt confident in the quality. This is fantastic. I purchased some additional cutting disks and I find so many ises for the processor it is unbelieveable. I can shave, ice, whip egg whites, dice, chop and grate in many different sizes. I can also just blend ingredients together such as flour, sugar etc to add air to cake and bread ingredients. It will also mix my bread dough. I am extremely happy with this. The quality is fantastic and it can be used for endless tasks. You will not be dissapointed.… read full review »

I don't know how I ever made it without my Kitchen Aide Food Processor! It is VERY user friendly and very safe, so I don't have to worry about the kids helping out in the kitchen. It comes with every type attachment you can imagine so the sky is the limit. I've even found that I can hide vegitables in my children's food using the processor. I'm able to add additional nutirition to their foods without the dinner table arguments!… read full review »
