An expensive piece of junk

I have had this oven for four years. The control panel broke three times! This is $500 repair!!!! The oven floor rusted. I was told that it is because I cleaned it when it was dirty. HU? I thought that was the point of a self clean oven. I think that the Kitchen Aide double wall oven is a piece of junk.
