KitchenAid K5923 Professional 5 qt Mixer Review

I finally purchased a Kitchenaid Mixer last year after wanting one for years.  I was worried that it wouldn't be worth the hefty price but decided to treat myself to something new.  I have not been dissapointed at all.  This is a well made appliance that really should be called a machine because of all the power and durability this thing packs.  I went with a bowl lift model which I am glad I did.  It is easier to use in a small space because I don't need the extra room that the tilt-head models require.  It is very heavy so I suggest buying a slick plastic placemat to put under it.  This makes it easy to slide on the counter when needing to move it.  I haven't bought any attachments that are available for this mixer but I know that there are a lot available.  There are a lot of good deals and rebates available for kitchenaid mixers so if you are patient and do enough research you could get a pretty good deal on one.
