I never thought I needed a food processor until I got this one from my boyfriend. I wasn't sure what to do with it until someone told me I could make dough and crust with it. The first time I used it to make my grandma's pie crust recipe for an apple pie I was totally hooked and have been using it like crazy ever since. It cuts the prep time for a lot of my favorite recipes in half and I'm all for anything that saves me time and makes my life easier. I'm thinking of getting one for my mom for Christmas, she bakes almost as often as I do. Power It has a surprising amount of power, cuts through and blends things like you wouldn't believe. Ease of Assembly I had a little trouble getting it all together right the first couple of times but after a few uses and reading over the manuel I was a pro at it. Ease of Cleaning There are a LOT of parts that need to be cleaned in this one but discount how many separate things you have to clean it all cleans up pretty easily. Durability I use it all the time and it's held up really well so far.

I've had this food processor for several months and I have to say I'm in love with it! It is noce and roomy. I no longer have to do a bunch of little batches. I can just stick it all in. It's been a great time saver. But also, I love that it has a mini-bowl for the times when I'm only chopping small amounts. It woks beautifly, chopping food uniformly. I havn't had any problems with it. It's just been a joy to use. In fact, every single time I use it, I comment on how much I love this chopper. I havn't really used the exta attachment blades on it, like the dough blade, yet. I've only used the chopper setting. It's easy to use, easy to assamble, easy to clean. I can't be happier! I've had so many different choppers over the years, and none of them compare to this one. It is a little bulky so you have to have room for it.
