This stand mixer helps making cakes, cookies, and other batter foods much easier. Also, using the paddle attachment, I can shred chicken, mix meatloaf, and a variety of other hot foods! The wire whip is nice for mashed potatoes, so you can get extra light potatoes. However, I've found that with bread doughs it tends to struggle, occasionally knocking the bowl off. Other than that, I really have no complaints. Love the hot pink color I got from Target! Ease of Cleaning I don't like the fact that the attachments are not dishwasher safe

I love this mixer. It's perfect for everything from cookie dough to quick breads and even mixing meat loaf. I bought the grater attachments and buying block cheese and grating it saves me tons of money. LOVE IT!!! This mixer has the classic locking bowl fixture and there is no straining or attempting to burn out when mixing tough things like dough.

I think this kitchen aid mixer is great. It is so powerful and does such a great job for all of my cooking needs. I feel like I'm in a professional kitchen when I use my kitchen aid. I loveall the attachments that come with the mixer and ones that can be purchased as an option. There is so much to choose from. The kitchen aid mixer makes my job with baking so much easier. And the clean up is a breeze. I actually have fun making things in my kitchen aid mixer, it just mixes everthing with such ease. I love the sleek look of it and all the chooses of colors that they have to choose from. It makes any kitchen look beautiful when you have a kitchen Aid mixer sitting there on the counter. Honestly, I would never even consider using another mixer. The Kitchen Aid does exactly what I need it to do. And performs beautifully in whatever I am making. I am so happy I purchased a Kitchen Aid mixer and will never switch.

I have had my KitchenAid Commercial Series for about 2 years now and absolutely love it. I have had other mixers that just did not work nearly as good as this one does. I make everything in mine, pasta, cake, bread dough, pretty much anything that can go in a mixer is put in mine. I will continue to purchase KitchenAid mixers for the rest of my life and will continue to give them as gifts too. Mixing Performance This mixer does really good at mixing the ingredients that I put in it. I have never had any problem at all with mixing things. Ease of Cleaning Probably the easiest cleanup I have ever had with a mixer. I generally just spray what is left out of the bowl and then use a sponge and soap to clean it. Ease of Use Easy to use and very simple to use, even if you have never used one before. Design I love the design and think that it is really unique and designed to last a long time. Durability I have had mine now for about 2 years and have not had any damage done to it. Even after I dropped the bowl on my tile floor. I was worried the bowl would have a huge dent in the side of it, but it did not and that made me very happy.

This is one of my favorite appliances that we have in our kitchen. I use it with the attachment to grind my own meat. I love all the different options this appliance gives us in the kitchen. My wife can use it to bake and I can use it to make my own sausage. It's great that you can use it to make your own pasta etc. It is easy to clean. This is very heavy and weighs a lot to carry if you do not keep it on your kitchen counter. I wish I would have waited and gotten a colored one. I would have liked to have a colored one to match our kitchen. Mixing Performance Great to mix all different types of things. Ease of Cleaning The bowl is very easy to get clean and it wipes clean well. There are not a lot of nuks and crannies that you have to clean on this mixer which is a plus. Ease of Use Has great different speeds to use to adjust to whatever you are using it to make. Design Even though I wish I would have gotten a color, this goes well with any kitchen. It can stay on the counter in your kitchen or you could store it away. It is a little bulky but it is not an eye sore in the kitchen. Durability This is a good quality appliance and expect it to last many years to come.

After many years of drooling over this I finally broke down and bought one. This is the best kitchen appliance I have ever owned! I kept telling myself that I didn't need it and I could get by just fine with my little hand mixer. Well, I've changed my tune. Last Christmas I made gingerbread cookies from scratch and if you've ever made homemade gingerbread cookies you know that it's a tedious process of kneading, rolling, mixing, etc. This mixer cut the preparation time in half! At first I was upset that it was so heavy but now I see why. It would dance right off of the counter if it weren't so heavy. Mixing Performance The mixer is designed very well, It gets to everything in the bowl. I was making biscuits and was very impressed how it picked up all of the flour. Ease of Cleaning Just remove the bowl and the mixing attachment and wash. Wipe down the mixer with a dish cloth. I haven't made anything that makes a huge mess yet. You must get the bowl cover! It's makes a difference. Ease of Use It couldn't be any easier. Just put all of the ingredients in and turn it on. Design It's a timeless design. It's been the same for ages and I love it. Durability I haven't dropped it but I do move it often. <My husband hates leaving it on the counter but I think that's where it belongs since it's so heavy. Moving it to and from the cabinet hasn't caused any problems.

I have had my Kitchenaid mixer for several years now and would not give it up .I do alot of cooking and baking and i love that there r so many uses for it unlike other mixers.Making my own pasta is so easy with this mixer that i no longer buy pre packaged pasta.I also love using the grinder for making my own sausage.Kitchenaid is a product that my family has used for years and they have never let us down.My mixer sees alot of use and is still going strong.As my daughter grow up and start out on there own that this is one of the things i recommend for them to purchase for there kitchen.I have tried other mixers and none of them can compete with my kitchenaid mixer.From making my own bread and pizza crust with the dough hook to making my own sausage with the grinder attachment, making fesh pasta with the pasta attachment,Or simply using the reg mixer or cakes or things like that i love my kitchenaid mixer

I love to bake, but hate the tediousness of doing heavy doughs (I hate kneading dough by hand), so having a large mixer with a heavy dough attachment was a necessity. I have used this every day since purchasing it and I absolutely love it! My old mixer would be slowed down when mixing heavy doughs, you could actually hear the motor slow down and the attachment would barely be moving in the dough. With this mixer, it mixes the heavy doughs beautifully. The motor is powerful and not overly loud. I like that this came with several attachments because I do a lot of baking andbake several different things. Cakes, cookies, pies and breads. Every day when my children come home from school or daycare, they ask me "what did you bake today Mommy?" This mixer allows me to bake in larger qualities to share with my extended family also. And with Thanksgiving coming up, this mixer will really be getting a workout! It's a little heavy, but I am still able to move it to different areas of the kitchen to use if I need to. I would highly recommend this mixer for its quality, durablility and wonderful functionality.

I love this mixer. The only thing better than this mixer would be the professional, but I am completely satisfied with my machine! Design The only negative thing I have to say is that I wish the beater blade got to the bottom of the bowl better without having to buy the blade with the silicone scrapers on it.
