This product is absolutely wonderful!  I received the professional size stand mixer for Christmas from my fiancee.  I have always wanted one but could never really afford it.  I put it on my "wish list" not thinking that I would actually get one!  As soon as I started to unpack it, I knew I was going to love it!  It is heavy-duty and you can tell it is quality merchandise before you even use it!  I have made very large batches of cookies with no problems at all - and when I say "large", I mean it; I can triple a normal recipe and the mixer handles it well without ever slowing down or smelling like it's on fire.  I would say this is an absolute 'must-have' product for anyone who loves to cook or bake!
