This mixer is a must have for the serious cook or baker.  The mixer does all the work for you. It is very sturdy, and last a long time.  There are so many attactments that you can get to make this mixer an even more effiecent utensil.  From mixer to juicer, to a pasta maker, food processer, even a meat grinder.  This product is a little expensive, but well worth it.
