KitchenAid Classic 6-Quart Stand Mixer — 

I have been doing all of my Christmas baking by hand and as I got older, it got harder and harder to mix the cookie dough.  But one day my husband surprised me with this powerful mixer and it changed my Christmas baking forever.  It is so powerful that it can mix even the thickest of cookie dough. I love it and can't believe I went so long without it.
