Bottom-Line: The KitchenAid 3-Cup Chef's Chopper is a keeper.

Mrs. Bard and I are bargain shoppers; unless there is deal to be had, there is no money changing hands.  So despite the fact that I have wanted a small 3-cup chopper for the longest I held off for a deal, and this past week it came my way in the form of a 10% off sale from JCPenney.com, with free shipping to boot!  The chopper, or small food processor as it is know in some circles, is a KitchenAid KFC3100 3-Cup Chef's Chopper.

Wow......this little chopper is the best thing that any mom can have in her kitchen!!! My mom got it for me after I got married, and I have to say it has made life in the kitchen so much easier. I like to cook russian food.There food is really good, but takes up a lot of time. Plus most recepies require a lot of cutting and chopping. It would take hours for me to cook one meal especially when I made Sh-chi. But with this chopper you can chop up tons of stuff in just minutes. I  love it and I would recomend it for anybody that loves to cook, but maybe doesnt have a lot of time because of kids or...

I saw the little Kitchenaid mini  food processor on TV (on a home shopping network) and thought it might be great to have.  Found a good deal for it online and am so happy I bought it.  The type of chopping that is never worth hauling out the regular size food processor is exactly the type of uses I find for this little number, which I keep on my countertop.  Anything that saves time and work is fine with me!

I love my chopper. It is very easy to use and you can see the food as you chop it. It shows when you should stop chopping for the dish of food you are making. This chopper only takes seconds to chop the food. Its handy and makes a great gift for someone you know cooks alot. I would not hesitate to purchase another one should something happen to it. It is very easy to take apart and clean.
