This is the best blender ever!!! I was hesitant to even buy a blender because my friends' blenders were always breaking. So I decided I'd get the blender that I saw all the TV cooks using. The all had the Kitchen Aid blender. It was something $99, and this was back in 2003, and I had a rebate, so I it was like 89, with the tax (they still do the rebate! I did the rebate last year on another kitchen aid item) Well worth it. I abuse this thing like crazy, I've ground oats into flour (which I probably shoudln't have done), made the best smoothies and sorbets, and hummus, and it still...
