KitchenAid Artisan Stand Mixer (Cobalt Blue) Review

My KitchenAid Artisan Stand Mixer (Cobalt Blue) is probably the highest quality kitchen appliance that I own. I was glad that I was able to get this particular stand mixer because I used to be a professional cake decorator and now I make cakes for friends and family out of my home kitchen. I could not make my cakes or homemade frostings without the use of this versatile and convienient stand mixer. I have used it in a variety of ways over the last few years and it has never let me down. I use it to make mashed potatoes, pizza dough, baked goods, frostings and cookie dough. The quality of this stand mixer is evident to me because I have never had to do anything but wipe down the surface of the mixer and it always performs no matter what I am baking or cooking. Kitchen Aid offers a variety of colors for their mixers and many are so beautiful. My new favorite is the breast cancer awarness mixers that come in the pastel pink color. Although I would never give up the mixer that I have I wouldn't mind having a pink one in the future. This product is a great investment for the long-term and would make a wonderful wedding gift for a young couple ready to embark on culinary adventures. Bon Apetit!
