The KitchenAid KFP350 is a pretty hefty food processor for such a small size.  The 5 cup capacity is perfect for me, and much handier than the 3 cup size without taking up much more storage space.  It does great job of chopping, slicing, and shredding vegetables, which is my main use for this product. I was a little bit concerned when the plastic bowl started crazing about a year ago.  I was convinced it was going to crack and break.  But a year later, it's fine.  Finding replacement parts at a reasonable price is a concern, but I suppose this is a disposable product like so many are these days.  It will probably be less expensive to buy another food processor than replace the bowl once it finally does break. All the parts of this food processor go right into my dishwasher on the top rack without any problems.  This is very handy and big plus.  My food processor is red, which is a very stylish color for the kitchen.
