I will never go back to another mixer again!! From cookies, cheese balls, bread dough, homemade pasta! Then add the attachments....pasta roller, grinder, slicer. My mom and I both bak a lot especially at the holidays and it always makes life easier. Easy cleanup, built solid, and with the whisk, paddle and hook there isn't anything I can't do. This was by far the best gift we got at our wedding 3 years ago and it isn't showing any signs of wear and tear. Mixing Performance From making icing to mixing homemade pasta I have never been disappointed. Ease of Cleaning There are only a couple pesky grooves that are hard to clean after a mishap with adding flour or powdered sugar too quickly. Ease of Use Life the bowl, flip the switch. The hardest part is locking the bowl on! Design The few pesky grooves are my only complaint in cleaning. Otherwise, I love that you lift the bowl to your paddle or whisk and not dropping it in and risk making an unwanted mess with splashing. Durability Heavy duty, solidly built. It is heavy to lift and move but that also speaks of the quality of material and building.
