KitchenAid Stand Mixer - Classic Review

The Kitchenaid 4.5 Quart Classic Mixer comes with the essential attachments that you need to jump in and begin baking your favorites right away, including the bread hook for kneading dough.   The tiilt-back head allows for easy access to the bowl to pour-in ingredients or to clean the bowl.  The additional attachments are inexpensive.  My favorite is the pour shield which allows you to pour ingrdients into the bowl while the machine is mixing.  The 250 watt Classic mixer is plenty of power for nearly every bakers' needs.  It offers a lot of bang for your buck.  The only drawback is the weight of the mixer, but that only adds to how durable it is!  This stand mixer will be one you pass down to your kids.  The classic white goes with nearly every kitchen decor.
