KitchenAid 18x11 Nonstick Professional Cookie Sheet Review

I have never really baked much but now that I have kids, I find myself baking much more.  I had several cookie sheets that I accumulated over the years and until I started baking cookies on a more regular basis, I never knew what junk they were.  I set out to find the perfect cookie sheet.  My baking is bad enough but I didn't need my cookie sheet to make it worse.  I found the KitchenAid 18x11 Nonstick Professional Cookie Sheet at cooking.com and as soon as I saw the slideEase feature, I knew it was the one.

According to the manufacturer, KitchenAid's latest innovation in bakeware is the slideEase cookie sheet. This KitchenAid cookie sheet is made from heavy gauge carbon steel, has a nonstick resin finish, is 18-in. in length x 11-in. in width and is handwash only.

My Experience 

I absolutely love this cookie sheet.  It is like nothing I have owned before.  I had so many cookie sheets that were literally warped and black and once I started using this KitchenAid 18x11 Nonstick Professional Cookie Sheet, I was able to gladly throw them out. See ya!  This cookie sheet is a bit more expensive at $19.95 but it is worth every penny.  When my cookies are done and cooled, I just have to give them a little nudge and they slide right off the pan and right into whatever container I'm putting them into.  These cookie sheets can't be put in the dishwasher but hand washing is not a problem since nothing sticks and there is hardly anything to wash off.

My Final Viewpoint

This KitchenAid cookie sheet is unique, durable, easy to use and nonstick.  I would definitely recommend it and am giving it a well deserved 5 star rating.
