As always Kitchen Aide makes another wonderful reliable product.  The mixer is failproof in everything i've used it for from fosting to dough.  Frosting comes out fluffy and doughs perfect ready to bake.  whipping cream is a cinch, i have even made meatloaf in this powerful mixer and it mixes ingredients perfectly.  I would never consider any other mixer by any other brand.  Highly recommended without any reservations at all
