Ok my mom got the Kitchen aid mixer as a gift for Christmas. She decided to give it to me and I'm ecstatic about it. My mom isn't a baker. I bake more often because I have this now. Who wants to mix cream cheese and butter together with no mixer. It would take forever and having small hands won't help. It comes with a recipe book and a wire whip for beating eggs, the flat beater for mixing regular cakes and the dough hook. I use the flat beater the most. I attempted to use the dough hook once but I am bad at making dough so far. The recipe book has some awesome recipes to follow which I haven't gotten to yet since I was using other recipes. My mom says this Kitchen Aid has found it's niche and I agree.
