My first experience with a food processor and it is great!

For years I thought a food processor was an expensive and unnecessary gadget. However this device changed my mind about the utility of having one in the kitchen. It is so useful, especially for things I did not expect such as beating egg whites. Three extra cutting discs came with it and my only complaint is that they are so sharp I once cut myself quite badly while taking it out of the dishwasher.  I wash the whole thing in the dishwasher and it comes out very clean. I love the little bowl that fits inside the big one, for processing small batchs. Altogether I am very happy with this appliance, and it is well worth the space it takes on my counter!
