I love my Sentria... It is so easy to use and to change from the brush to the hand held hose to the shampooer.  It is easy to operate and the new drive feature is awesome. It virtually moves itself with just a simple push. I cleans so well and the bags literally last forever. I  have had mine for about 9 months or more and have only changed the bag once. I have shampooed my dad's carpets, spot cleaned my carpet and have even taken it to work with me and shampooed my carpets there. The Kirby Sentria is the best investment I have ever made! I learned so much from the demonstration and everything I learned I researched and found to be very true. In many studies by vacuum professionals the Sentria out cleaned every vacuum, sometimes by as much as 3 to 4 times better. It even cleaned 3 times better then a Dyson. Nothing can get sand and grit out from under the carpet padding but the Sentria. I clean my matteress once a month, I no longer get sleepys in my eyes or wake up with a stuffy nose. Kirby's are heavy, klunky, way more expensive than they are worth. You're better off buying a brand new Oreck every four years, getting the latest and greatest technologies, and still paying less than owning the same Kirby for 12 years. Replacement parts are ridulously priced, too.
