The Kirby G4 is an awesome machine!

neat freak, a homeowner, Mr. Fix-it, a green thumb, picking up after pets

Pros

Fantastic!, does a good job, will pick up things others won't, easy to get replacement parts

Cons

Not low enough to get under the beds, changing out the power head to the hose.

Kirby Vacuum - G4 —

My Kirby G4 is at least 10 years old, and although it may be built like a Sherman tank, it just keeps on sucking! Wouldn't trade it for any that I've seen yet! In the past 10 or so years, I've replaced the belt a few times, and the wheels once...other than that, it's been pretty much maintenance free...and I use it very regularly. I have no complaints. It's been extremely reliable. I even use it to vacuum my gararge!
