We went to Mattress Giant. We were sick of getting up in the morning feeling like we had not rested at all. We made up our mind we would get whatever felt great and since we are rather large people wanted a mattress set that would stand up under our combined weight. We bought the most expensive one but no because of the price but because of the comfort. If you try to take my Kingsdown king size pillow top away from me gt ready to RUMBLE!!!

Buying a Kingsdown king size pillowtop is one of the best investments anyone can make to insure sleep comfort and maintain marital harmony. My husband and I have had several brands of mattress over the years. Every mattress we owned developed the same problem- a decrease in firmness that left the two of us huddled in the middle of a "bed crevice" every morning and bad attitudes that even morning coffee couldn't cure.

We had never heard of Kingsdown, but after sampling every mattress brand at the store we kept retuning to the Kingsdown. It is true that the beds are numbered (1-5), so try them all to determine which level of comfort you prefer. Our store had a computerized system that matched our needs and preferences (sore back, neck pain, shoulder pain, etc) and printed out the bed that would best meet our needs. This is the best mattress we have ever owned- Kingsdown gets high marks for comfort, craftsmanship and durability. The "down" side- no pun intended- is the price,...

I traded up a Queen for the King size in Kingsdown pillowtop and was amazed at the comfort and support. This has to be as close to heaven as you can get in the mattress department!! I payed a little more for this mattress than I usually pay but it is well worth the extra price. Especially since these beds are supposed to last longer and are better for back support. I suppose that evens out the price, some things are worth spending more money on!! If you are looking for a great comfy mattress the Kingsdown mattresses and foundations are the way to go. I purchased mine at Mattress Giant and found the salesman very helpful and well versed in the pros and cons in purchasing a Kingsdown...surprise their are no cons!

ok, this is a very big monetary investment. However we spend much of our lives in bed, so I want a great mattress. The Kingsdown mattress was purchased at Sleepy's to the tune of $3500. It did take about 10 days to get used to, and I doubted my sanity at first paying such a hefty price. We have had this mattress for over a year now, and I would not trade it for anything.
