Kingsdown Body System Mattress —

They test you on a computerized machine to see which mattress you need.  We fell for the gimmick.  It is true that you don't have any pressure point pain.  However, we both have back issues and this bed seems to exacerbate them.  You roll into each other all night long and I guess that puts extra stress on your muscles.  When my husband is away, I don't seem to have as many problems with my back; that's why I think it has something to do with how you roll toward each other all night long.

Definitely not worth the money - We would never purchase one again.

Sometimes if your spouse is alot heavier than you it can cause you to roll to them. That can't be blamed on the bed.

We have had a terrible experience with the Kingsdown Body System mattress. We were told that you just sink in a few inches and then you will feel the "firm" mattress. Exactly the opposite! When my husband gets up out of bed I feel the bed springing way up. It's like he is a stair below me on the mattress. He usually ends up on the couch. We bought it in a furniture store that is going out of business and was told no warranty. We're stuck. Buyer beware!

I agree with Shirley. This mattress is not comfortable and it is way too expensive. I have slept on mattresses half the cost of this one which were much more comfortable. The mattress sags quickly and as for the lifetime warranty - forget it! I had someone come out a couple of months after I purchased it and he told me the depression should be 1 1/2 deep. Mine was just short of that.

I have back and leg pain every day. Hate it!

We had the same problem. We call the company in and they evaluated the mattress with some string and a ruler. After they took all kinds of measurements, they said that there was nothing wrong with the mattress. Then we showed him how the mattress was actually tilted toward the middle of the bed with a long piece of thin wood. After hearing and seeing our complaints they gave us a credit for the mattress. However, we had to buy from the same manufacturer. It has since been a year and even with the new mattress we are stll having the same issues. We are always waking up with back problems. I get a better nights sleep sitting in a chair or on the couch.
