Every King Koil I owned from the top of the line down,out lived it's warranty.Will continue to but until my "eternal sleep" comes.

You must of bought a "knock off". It can happen to anybody.

bought mattress two month ago and imprints from our bodies are ther, but the main complant is the hugh bulg in the middle were we do not lay on make the bed looking lumpy, we even been turning it around like we were told, but the bed is very lumpy is this ia defect.
