King Koil King Pillow Top Review

I purchase a King Koil Pillow top mattress king size three years ago and it is not worth the money I paid for it. Two years and it has my husband and my body shape in the mattress.  It is very uncomable to sleep in I wake up every morning with a headache and backache.  It is suppose to have a ten year warrenty with it.  I have tried to call the store where I purchase it from and no response from them.  When they deliever it I as not at home my husband was and the tag that was suppose to be on it for the warrnity was not.  I paid over $1600.00 for the King Koil Pillow Top Mattress king size and I am stuck with a very uncomable mattress.  When I purchased the mattress to was a very nice matress and you could get a good night sleep on it.  Just in a year is when it started to be uncomable.  I have the sale receipt from buying the King Koil mattress I would like to know what I could do about this?  So if you are planning buying a new King Koil make sure it is what you want before buying it.
