I run a high risk for heart disease and after some recent chest pains I got scared. I was told to keep an eye on my blood pressure so I decided to get a monitor to use at home. There were many to choose from but i liked the color and design of the Kinetik. I found it on sale so it was really cheap compared to the other blood pressure monitors. It comes with a fully automatic monitor, inflatable upper arm cuff, a carrying pouch. Also the instruction book,  with a sample of the log you should keep of your levels. It takes 4 AAA batteries or you can buy a 6v dc adapter if you want. I really like how clear and large the display screen is. The memory holds 60 sets of results. It reads your Systolic, Diastolic and your pulse. There are only three buttons and I love how all the buttons are large and easy to use. I am so happy with my blood pressure monitor that I decided to give them out as gifts to friends and family. I would totally recommend the Kinetik fully automatic BPM to anyone.
