This stuff works on everything!!

chief cook and bottle washer, southern, barbecue chick, frequent griller, meat eater, the family chef., enjoying flavorful food
Pros

    tastes great, no salty taste-like soy sauce

Cons
    haven't found a gallon jug of it yet

This stuff is fantastic.  You can use it as a marinade for seafood, chicken, steaks, pork chop and even vegetables.  Can also be used as a dipping sauce (mix with a little Italian dressing), or added to water when boiling seafoods.  I have even used it on top of some seafood salads.

Great tip. I never thought of this. Actually I've never seen seen it. I'll have to look in the ethnic section at Food Lion.
