After reading a review on Viewpoints on a similar product I decided to try it out, only to find out the store didn't carry it. So I chose the next best thing and grabbed the KidzKamp Shampoo Rinse Cup for $5.
This cup was made to keep water out of your child(ren)s eyes. It's a hard plastic cup that comes in a variety of colors. There is a large handle and on the front, at the top, is a rubber section. This piece forms to your child's head to form a seal and direct the water toward the back of the head. (see picture 3) It does prevent water from getting into my son's eyes but it doesn't rinse very good.
If you notice the cup has two compartments. I think it's because, while rinsing, when the rubber forms to the head the water goes out the sides of the cup (see picture 4). So they made a second compartment for the water to flow in the center of the head too. The thing is, the higher compartment is too far up. When I fill the bathtub for my son the water level barely enters the top portion. So when I rinse his hair, it usually just rinses the sides. This means I have to tilt the cup to the side to get his hair rinsed properly.
My experiences with this cup have been bad. If you see the KidzKamp Shampoo Rinse Cup in the store, walk away. This is not a product I recommend for smaller children.
