Kia Sedona - 2006 Review Summary
Reviewers have mixed feelings about the 2005 Kia Sedonaminivan. While one person was pleased with the roominess, another said it didn’t have enough room in the back for traveling or hauling large items such as a baby stroller. Problems with the brakes were also reported as well as an air compressor going out while the Kia Sedona 2005 was still under warranty. It may be a wise choice to consider the revamped 2006 Kia Sedona before jumping in and buying a Kia Sedona 2005 model.

The Kia Sedona that we own now is our 2nd one. We have found the service that Kia provides and the value that we get from Kia is first rate. Since safety is on the mind of most parents, the Sedona can't be beaten it has the 5 star safety rating from both the government and the insurance industry. For the price the Sedona has many ammenities, 8 speaker cd system, the second row of seats each has a window that you can open, the back row folds into the floor like many higher priced cars and I just love the color. Kia will be servicing my family for years.

My hubby feels good about the kids and I being in it every morning and I love how safe I feel while driving it. Having the side curtain airbags go all the way back to the third row was a huge factor for me, and you can't beat the safety ratings.

The Kia Sedona is a great practical car. My 2 year old and 4 year old can get themselves in and out without help due to the low doors, and the baby's carsear fits perfectly into one of the captains chairs. The car is quiet, handles well for a minivan and the teperature controls are excellent. The only problem I have is that when the heat or ac are on full-blast in the back, conversation is almost impossible between the front and the back. It also doesn't absorb that much road noise. But between the cost, the convenience and the ease of use - I think the car is fantastic and I highly recommend...

We had the Kia Rio for about a year when we had our second child. We needed something bigger. So we traded up. We love our Sedona. It is great for the family and for such a big auto it gets great gas mileage. If you are looking for a bigger auto I would recomend the sedona 100%. I love the way the back seats fold down for cargo use. All around a good auto.
After numerous problems with an '03 Ford Expedition that the dealership couldn't figure out how to fix, I got a fully loaded '06 Sedona. My main concerns are have the safest possible vehicle and having something big enough to transport pets. The Sedona has the best possible safety ratings, and the stow-and-go third row allows for plenty of space.
