This is an excellent minivan!  I didn't want a van, but we got a wonderful deal!  The only bad thing is the gas mileage.  Very bad.  If you can offord the gas, then it is the perfect one!  I love all the extra glove boxes and compartments.  The extra space around the seats is great.  It doesn't... review »

We were married in 2004 and started our marriage with 3 children from my previous marriage.  We both agreed a bigger vehicle would be best.  Kia was offering a great deal at that time.  They were not costly, seemed like a nice vehicle.  The sedonna offered us a DVD player for the family vacations...

I liked this van at first but wish I would have kept my Purple Kia hatch back. It has people room but no cargo room. It is plain silver like every other mini van out there. It does suck the gas-it's a big monster. We have a love seat type seat in the second row, not bucket which would allow and isle down the middle so if my child needs to get out of the back quickly it would be hard because she has to go around the seat belt of the seat in front of her another obstacle which almost prevent adults form sitting in the third row. I like the Built in dvd but I could have bought 5 for the price of that.... review »

I brought my van Dec 2006.  It is a 2004 and had 46,000 miles on it.  Although it does not have the bucket seats in the middle the solution for that was my daughter, who is 4 and in a car seat, gets to sit on the 3rd row, which she loves.  My van came with a DVD player and remote start, which is wonderful on those cold winter days.  I don't have a problem with gas mileage as a tank usually last me 10 days which is really good.  This is my second Kia but it won't be my last.

The only downside that I see is the DVD player was mounted under the drivers seat, which makes it hard for me to change...

We love this minivan! We got it new in 2004. It was our 2nd Kia. We went back bc of the great warranty and bc of the 5 star safety rating.

The price could not be beat at the time. Now you can get a cheaper minivan but not with the same ratings or extras. When we got this can they didn't offer remote doors or fold into the floor seats. Thats all available for the new ones which is great.

It gets the worst gas milage of any minivan but thats ok with me for the safety. Its a very heavy minivan.

I love my sedona. It's like driving a sportscar, but I'm up high. The only thing missing from it is the heated leather seats. It rides very smooth, and has great control. I love the way it handles, I had a Mazda MPV before this, and my sedona feels much easier to handle, and not so much like a large vehicle. I really like driving it, and it accelerates rapidly for when I pull out onto the highway also.

this vehicle has little to no trade-in value, and that is one of the major drawbacks. The cheaper price makes it affordable for anyone.
