    Good common sense, Based on sound advice

    The G/H injections not available, Too many items to purchase

His ideas seem solid yet, when you get to the heart of it you would end up buying 100's of dollars in supplements etc. to be able to follow it like he has outlined.

Not the way to go, at least not for me.
