I decided to get this book because my daughter was putting on rapid weight and hey if there's a cure to weight gain -- I want to know!

Turns out my daughter has a medical condition with her hormones and we're in the process of running medical tests.

I did read this book cover to cover and what I came to learn is nothing more than what I have been doing over the years with regard to eating healthy. It would be great if our meats didn't have hormones in them as a result of ranchers wanting to produce larger livestock. These hormones are then passed to us. Our fruits and vegetables, again, are being sprayed with chemicals and genetically being altered as Kevin states all for the sake of the almighty dollar! Again we are injesting these chemicals and the nutritional value of the fruit and produce we eat is minimalized due to scientists altering the genetic makeup of fruits and vegetables to have longer shelf life, etc. Once, again all for the almighty dollar. What can a consumer do. Well, Kevin states that we should eat as much organic and whole foods as possible. This is not always possible since there are few stores that offer these products.

One thing that Kevin suggests are supplements, cleansing internally and last but not least a most important thing he says will help with weight loss and keep it off is Growth Hormone injections. These injections however are not available in our country which you don't find out until the end of the book. I wonder how important this fact is to the overall.

You will however receive after purchasing this book, a call from a company soliciting supplements such as intestinal cleansing and a supplement in capsule form to replace the Growth Hormone needed to be successful in keeping off the weight. They will  encourage you to buy as many supplements as possible, especially if you are nieve.

I already use the cleansing kits and many other health supplements. I'm not so sure about putting growth hormones into my body or my family's bodies, especially realizing that my daughter is having some type of hormonal problems. Hormones are not something you want to mess around with.

This is a good book for anyone looking to gain good common sense regarding the food they eat, what they drink and their overall environment and the effect these things have on your general health. Personally I don't believe there is a cure to weight gain or losing weight. I do believe that living a healthy lifestyle to the best of your ability and taking as many steps will improve many areas of your health. Best thing to do is get informed, research, research & more research will help you to make good choices. This book is only the first step.

You need to re-read the book much more carefully! It is NOT growth hormone he recommends, but hCG, human chorionic gonadotrophin, which IS readily available from a couple of VERY reputable overseas pharmacies that can be accessed at HCGCoach.com
Blessings!
