I use this product daily. So does my spouse. We've brewed hundreds of cups of coffee and this unit works good as new. We bought my in-laws one and they rave about it. Coffee is nice and hot and the unit doesn't overcrowd the countertop.

I love that I can set this before I go to bed and when I wake up I have a fresh cup of coffee to drink. Also I am the only coffee drinker in my home so its nice to be able to only brew one cup at a time. The machine is a bit of a pain to clean but over all design is fine.

This is our 3rd or fourth Keurig that we've owned. So far this is the best. No issues and it is used all day long by my husband for his coffee. I love that I can put tall mugs under it for my hot water for my tea or cocoa. I believe Keurig has improved with each one we purchased!

This is most definatly as great beginner coffee brewer, if your new to the Keurig family. It has a slick edgey design to it more crisp then the other bubbley designs. The controls are pretty simple, size of cup to which you are brewing and I believe hot or cold beverage option. It sort of sounds like a lighter jet taking off when it sucks water from the holding tank to dispense it or heat it but you get used to it after the first few times of use.. the Keurig line has so meany diffrent Keurig cup drink options now there sure is a choice for everyone.

This Keurig was pretty dependable. I had it in my house and then moved it to my office where it was used by many people everyday. I received an upgraded model as a gift that I started using at home. The new model one broke and the office one was still churning out a cup of coffee

While looking to add items to our office i opted to purchase a coffee machine that would be easier to maintain than our traditional coffee pot. After enjoying the kcup option at home i opted to add one in the office as well for the staff. Everyone loves it. Its easy to use, quick, and clean up is minimal vs having to deal with slipped coffee grounds and filters. The only draw back so far is some employees cups don't fit under the area the drink dispenses out even with removing the cup spill tray. All in all though, def add this to your home or office. Well worth the $$$
