Best invention - ever.

Overall
Rated 4 out of 5

I love my Keurig because I am a coffee sipper and live alone. I usually take an hour to drink 1 large cup, and since I'm the only one drinking it, making individual fresh brewed cups of coffee are the best way to go. K-cups come in a variety of flavors, not just coffee either. You can make tea or even hot cocoa. This machine comes with multiple brew sizes, a brew over ice option, adjustable temperature, and auto on/off clock settings. I also like the larger water reservoir and the snazzy red color I selected. The k-cups are a little pricey, usually $0.70 a cup, but you can get a filter basket & use ground coffee beans, or tea. Usually the convienence of the k-cup wins out over price for me. ...

Great for one or two people

Overall
Rated 4 out of 5

Between my husband and I, we were never drinking a full pot of coffee, always wasting it by dumping it down the sink.  When we saw the Keurig at our local Bed Bath & Beyond store, my husband mentioned that someone at work had the machine and that it made an excellent cup of coffee.

We decided to buy the B70 Platinum edition, which retailed for $139.99, but I had a 20% off coupon which saved me $28.00.  I have used my Keurig for a couple weeks now, and am impressed with it, although it does have a few drawbacks.

This is an excellent way to make a single, freshly brewed cup of coffee.  The machine takes K-Cups, which come in a variety of coffee flavors, as well as tea and hot ...

The Keurig Platinum Brewing System is very convenient!

Overall
Rated 4 out of 5

I'm the last person to catch on to any given trend, so naturally, I'm about three years late on the single-serve brewing stations. Well, I'm finally here and although I have two complaints, I'm really liking my Keurig Platinum Brewing Station!

I bought the Keurig Platinum Brewing Station for my husband's birthday. He has to get up early for work and doesn't have time to brew coffee himself, so I thought this would come in handy. It was more than I wanted to pay for a "coffeemaker", but the convenience and speed of brewing sold me.

What I love about this product is how fast the coffee brews (which is also happens to be a slight minus). Just place a K-Cup in its slot, put your mug u...

Love the taste of a fresh brewed cup of coffee in the morning.

Ease of cleaning
Rated 3 out of 5

Very simple to clean but hard to reach up into the pin to clean it and having to add vinegar to clean the machine is time consuming.

Ease of use

You can not get any simpler than insert cup and press a button.

Design

Very sleek and not an eye sore sitting on the counter.

I am on my 3rd machine in 2 years. The first machine got clogged and could not get fixed. Keurig did stand by their product and replaced it. Just a couple months later the heating motor element in the back when up and Keurig had to replace that machine as well. Hopefully 3rd time a charm. Not sure if it is the model or design but not thrilled with being on my 3rd machine.

Regular cleanings is a must to keep the machine working correctly. Make sure you run a cleansing cycle (just hot water) through the machine after every cup of hot cocoa, cappacino, apple cider, or any powdery drink mix.

I was never a morning person until the Keurig came into my life!

Overall
Rated 5 out of 5

As the only regular coffee drinker in my house, I was used to brewing a small pot of coffee most mornings. I first tried the Keurig Brewing System at my aunt's house. When I came home, I talked about it so much to my husband that he bought me one for Christmas! I admit, when I saw what he had done, I was a little bummed that he spent so much money on something so frivolous. Now that I have had it for a couple months now, I am totally sold. Before, I had to drag myself out of bed when my kids would wake me at 6 a.m. Now, knowing that I have that delicious coffee waiting for me after the mere press of a button, I get up with eager anticipation. Yes, the k-cups are expensive. I am still trying ...

I first found out about Keurig from friends at a weekend trivia contest and was instantly impressed.  I received my own Keurig as a present from my family last Christmas.  I have to say, drinking coffee has never been more easy or delicious.  Only thing is trying to find the right blends of coffee I prefer - so many varieties.  I also found myself drinking tea more often.  The water in the unit brews hotter than my stove top tea pot, so I find the teas are way more flavorful than tea bags.  Even when I use it to just brew a cup of hot water with traditional tea bags, the tea tastes much better than stove top heat.  There really is something to the temperature of the water that helps brew a better cup of tea or coffee.

I even bought the K-cup reusable filter as I like to grind my own coffee.  Still working on finding the right type of grind for the perfect cup, but really like that I'm not limited only to the pre-packaged K-cups (which I'm now finding everywhere).

The Keurig Platinum Coffee Maker Changed My Life

Overall
Rated 5 out of 5

One of my top ten favorite things! I remember when I first heard about this coffee maker, I was in Bed Bath and Beyond and a couple walked up to me and were so excited about their coffee maker. They began to tell me how great this thing was. I was shocked. First, I wasn't looking for coffee makers, I was looking for a blender. Second, they were so overwhelmingly excited, and willing to share their experience I thought it must have been life changing for them.

Fast forward...I was the true coffeehouse girl. I'm a gold card carrying member of one of the...if not the most popular coffee house in the United States. I love my cup o' joe. I've just never been one to brew coffee at home. I'm singl...

Keurig makes a great cup of coffee.  Two major drawbacks are that grinds to get thru the K-cups and when you use the peronsal K-cup for use with your own coffee it is awful.  There is a tremendous amount of sediment in the coffee.  The personal K-cup does not work well.  Trying the different flavors of coffees is really fun and I really do like the machine.  K-cups are on the high side though.

The fact that you can select you cup size and temperature is great as I like my coffee a bit weaker than my husband and we can chose the ounces of our cups, whereas our other coffee maker was one size fits each "strongness" and there was no temp setting.  Many deluxe features on this machine.

I really agonized over getting this machine because of the high prize, but I decided to treat myself for the holidays and overall glad that I did.  The pros outweigh the cons thus far.

I have used Keurig machines are work in the past and decided to purchase one for home use. I occassionally drink coffee but usually it is only me and I only drink one cup so it was not very conveninent to brew a whole pot only to let it go to waste. I purchased this single serve machine and so far it is quite good. There are options to choose what size cup you want and the over all brewing system works quite well. The only downside I would say relative to the one that was at my office is this one the cup stays in there after it finishes brewing. The one I had at work would dispose of the cup into a large plastic bin which would store them until they became full at which point we could empty it. I often forget to remove the k-cup and then have to take it out the next time I want to brew a cup.

Love my Keurig!

Overall
Rated 5 out of 5

I love coffee but hate making a pot of coffee because I live alone and I always end up making more than I need and having to dump it.  I also hate cleaning the coffee pot every day.  I finally decided to spend the extra money and get a Keurig after asking around my friends who have one and hearing that they all loved their Keurigs.  I did research and decided to buy this model because it has multiple cup size settings and it was offered at a great price with bonus K cups at Costco!  I am so happy that I bought a Keurig!  It takes a few minutes to warm up the water but once it is warmed up it takes less than a minute to brew a cup of coffee, tea, hot chocolate, or app...

Can't live without it!!

Overall
Rated 5 out of 5

I have tried just about every brand of coffee maker out there and was totally disappointed until I purchased the Keurig B70.  It is a dream come true.  It makes very hot coffee (no other machine can compare) and you can use the K-cups (hundreds to choose from) or your own brand of coffee in a special little K-cup filter that is reusable and very easy to clean.  It is perfect for people who only want one cup of coffee at a time throughout the day.  Why make a whole pot and let it sit there.  Also, my husband likes one brand and I like another so we can make a cup of one brand and immediately make a cup of another.  It is totally awesome!!! It also makes tea and h...

I bought this coffee maker after trying the little one cup and figured that I like the coffee so why not? I have had the maker for about 2 months now and I love it. I ordered coffee from Keurig directly with a BOGO offer. I have tried many varieties of the coffee as well and love to be able to try different coffee without buying a whole bag. I love that the ultra has the select a size and the ability to hold water. My favorite is that i can make my coffee less hot. My husband loves his coffee scalding but I usually put an ice cube in mine. The 185 degrees instead of 192 makes it worth while.

Good k-cups to try are the Van Houttes and the Green Mountinan. Hubby likes the Tullys which is like eating coffee grounds (strong).

Bad k-cups - Gloria Jean or the Tea's which all seem to taste like grass

Coffee Addict

Overall
Rated 5 out of 5

For those of you who are coffee addicts out there, I highly recommend this high-end coffee bean transformer in your kitchen. It uses a lot of blades to cut up the fresh coffee beans and make it into real, better than Starbucks coffee. I use it everyday in the morning for my coffee because I know it is a hell of a coffee-making machine. The coffee that is produced is smooth, yet  not too smooth and so tasting, like the heart of the coffee is in the coffee itself. The aroma is strong enough to lure me out of bed every day in the morning and I don't think I cna live without it. The **Keurig Platinum Brewing System B70 is **definitely a much better coffee maker than the overpriced starbucks coffee being sold next to my office. Though this coffee maker is overly expensive and easily breakable due to its brittle parts, I would never replace it with any other type of coffee maker in the world (unless the come up with a new model) .

Love the Keurig - no complaints at all!

Overall
Rated 5 out of 5

Okay, so I lied a little bit. I have one complaint. This coffee maker is very expensive compared to "regular" coffee makers, and I feel like the price will drop suddenly, making this coffee maker even more worth it's money.

But on to PROS-

This coffee maker makes perfect tasting, perfect temperature coffee every time. I have never used the iced tea function, but I can't imagine it would be anything other than wonderful. This is always no-hassle, little (to no) cleaning at all, and I love how quickly it brews a cup of coffee.

The only thing that this coffee maker could do that it doesn't already is drink the coffee for you - and where's the fun in that?!

The K-Cups are expensive, yes, but there are many ways to get discounted K-Cups, and they're definitely worth the price. I love this coffeemaker!!

Happy with Keurig!

Overall
Rated 4 out of 5

I am new to Keurig and became interested in it when I started seeing the little K-cups for sale in the stores and heard people talking about it. I cannot live without coffee in the morning, however, I do tend to make way too much and end up throwing out a lot. So, the idea that you can brew one cup at a time, change the flavors around easily and always have it fresh is really appealing to me. It is easy to operate and gives an option of cup size so you always get enough in your mug. The coffee itself comes in a nice variety of flavors and I have not had trouble finding refills to buy. It is perfect for me but it does take sometime if you are serving a couple of cups to others which is really not what it is intended for.
