Keurig Model #830 Review

We bought this Keurig coffee maker over the summer.  Our daughter was originally going to use it in her college dorm but plans changed and we have it at home now. 
We are a family of three and my husband and daughter will drink coffee occasionally but I don't at all.  This makes a single cup maker exactly what we needed.  This uses the K-cups that you can buy in a variety of flavors including tea and hot cocoa.
After I bought this and got it home out of the box, I noticed that a few of the  K-cups that came with it were damaged.  I contacted the company via email and they were extremely quick to respond.  They sent me out a new set of K-cups in the mail within a week.  That's what I call great customer service!!
This coffee pot is very easy to use and you can purchase a filter to use your own coffee if you don't wish to purchase the K-cups for it.  However; I have found that several stores carry the K-cups and many will put them on sale.  I have also found coupons for them.
Since I am not a coffee drinker, I am looking forward to using it this winter for hot chocolate!!
