Our office had a traditional individual Keurig machine, which we were having to replace around every six months due to the amount of use it received. I love the Keurig B3000SE Commercial Brewing System! I became acquainted with this wonderful machine at my new job. I do not drink coffee; my addiction is tea! I love how simple it is to make a cup of tea with this machine. It takes me no time at all! It is so simple to use. I was afraid at first that I might blow up the machine as I am a bit of an airhead regarding things like this. It was so simple that I felt silly for even worrying about how to use it. It gave me instructions and let me pick the size of the cup of tea that I wanted brewed. It was so easy to insert the K-cup! It made the tea quickly and then I just added my sugar and was good to go! I could not believe how simple it was to use! It is also easy to clean. I love this little machine. It saves time and makes a great cup of tea! Brew Performance It works great. I have never had a bad cup of tea with this machine! Ease of Cleaning Super easy to clean and it tells you the steps! Ease of Use Super easy to use! It tells you step by step what you need to do to make your selection and choose your desired cup of tea or coffee. Design I think the design is great. It is very user-friendly. Durability We have had no problems with the machine and its performance at my office. I love this machine!

I use this in my office. The machine is shared by about 20 people so it maybe getting a heavy load. It's first of all very convenient if you get a supply for the k-cups (we get free k-cups in the office). Basically I you have to do is put the k-cup in and press a button. You can also choose between smaller to larger cups. You have to empty the bin about every 20-30 k-cups. And maybe it's because I use it in the office but the bin tends to get quite dirty soon. I don't do the cleaning so I'm not sure how often you have to clean but it might be quite a job. Also the machine breaks down about once a month so we have to call maintenance. Brew Performance Very consistent brew of coffee. Ease of Cleaning The bin gets messy pretty quickly so you might have to clean a lot. Ease of Use You just put in a k-cup and press the button on how much coffee you want. Very easy! Design Very simple and sleek design. Durability Maybe it's because I use it in the office, but it tends to malfunction quite frequently. Maybe it's getting clogged up because so many people are using it.

This coffee machine is great, we use it in our office daily. I make a couple cups of coffee a day and it's always reliable and tastes great. Considering we are an office of 40+ this thing gets some serious use so its clearly built to last and withstand the test of many addicts brewing away their tiredness and thirst. Brew Performance Does a good job, sometimes I get little coffee flakes in the cup, so its not PERFECT but close enough! Ease of Cleaning Easy to clean, everything pops out quickly and can be washed and put back together in no time at all. Ease of Use push 1 button and get a cup of coffee, can't be easier than that. Durability This thing makes a lot of cups of coffee a day and we've never had an issue... i'd say it is pretty durable.

This Keurig works like most others: drop in a K-cup, choose your size of cup and wait to enjoy. The machine works very quickly with everything good to go in less than a minute. My biggest complaint is about strength: when I have a coffee from a french press or a drip machine it's like a completely different world of taste and depth. But if you're in a pinch and need a cup of coffee quickly (like at the office) this is perfect. I also like the flexibility that Keurig's offer: I can make iced coffee, apple cider, hot chocolate or tea in the same machine. One issue I do have is that the spout often sputters the coffee out, which leaves a Jackson Pollack style mess of coffee around the machine. It is easy enough to clean up, but it is unnecessary annoyance. I think this might have to do with mineral build up from the water but I am not sure. I do like that it tells you when the K-cup bin is full and its easy enough to get the drawer out of the machine to keep on brewing. Brew Performance Fast but weak Ease of Cleaning Pretty simple. Some grounds do build up around the K-cup holder but they are easily cleaned with a wet towel. I do wish it wouldn't sputter coffee on the counter quite so much. Durability Lots of use all day, every day in my office.

I have to admit that I drink a lot of coffee. My only saving grace is that I take it black, so I don't have the added problems that come with cream and sugar. This coffee addiction can often take its toll either through cost (don't get me started about the cost of a simple cup of coffee at a premium coffee shop) or time (grinding beans and preparing to brew a whole pot). Luckily, Keurig's line of single-serving coffees saves me on both counts. At our office, we have this model, and I must say that it is a gift sent from heaven. The time from craving the sweet black gold of coffee to enjoying the experience of raising a cup to my mouth is minimized tremendously with this device. Picking a "k-cup" and brewing myself a serving takes only a matter of seconds. While the coffee isn't necessarily the best that you can get, especially if you frequent smaller, local coffee shops, the range of available options via Keurig's "k-cup" system is large enough to provide a varied experience of reasonable flavors throughout the day. My morning coffee intake is generally the Breakfast Blend, then the afternoon switches to a Hazelnut or French Vanilla variety. Using a single-cup system like this allows me choose each type based on my mood without having to waste coffee dumping out a whole pot. The Keurig can also be used to brew non-coffee beverages, as well, in case you want a special treat. During the fall, we stocked apple cider, which was a great change of pace in the afternoon or evening. We also regularly have a Chai Tea and Hot Chocolate k-cup selection for when my sweet tooth is especially active. The only downside to the Keurig that I have found is the sound it makes at the end, when it pushes the last bit of water through the mechanism. It sounds like a last gasp of some mythical beast. But, if this is the cost of a quick, passable cup of coffee, I'll take it. Ease of Cleaning The machine tells you when the k-cup waste repository is full. It is emptied very easily with no mess. Ease of Use Less than a minute from k-cup choosing to enjoying a fresh cup of joe!
