This wireless keyboard is very good performance-wise. There is only one flaw with this, which is the battery drain on the iPad. While using this, my iPad's battery life went down 20% faster than it usually does. This wont be a problem if you usually keep Bluetooth on, but I don't, so the battery drained faster. (Bluetooth is a battery drainer) Performance The performance itself is very good. Durability It is very nice and strong. Design The design is great because it is directly hooked to the iPad, like a case. Comfort It is cushioned and very comfortable and easy to use.

At first I was hesitant to purchase a spendy cover for my iPad 4. But I needed something to prop the screen up and figured I might as well get one with a keyboard. I'm glad I did! The iPad sits snugly within the case yet snaps in and out of it with little effort if you do with to free the iPad. The keyboard switches on and off so you can still type via touch screen if you please. It's a sleek design and I enjoy having it. There are little cut outs the make use of the camera and the volume controls of the iPad accessible when the case is on. There is a magnet that secures the case when it's closed so you don't have to worry about it opening up in your bag or purse and the screen getting scratched or damaged. Performance It does everything it is described to do. Durability I have, to my shame, dropped the iPad but it remained unharmed! Design Sleek yet functional. I have had my Ipad for probably more than three years now and the case has lasted that entire time. I bought this case a month after I bought my Ipad and I never take it off because it is such a good covering for the Ipad that the Ipad is never affected by being dropped or anything like that. The keyboard works great and it holds a charge well. It is even easy to connect it to the actual Ipad. The only downside to this case is that the keyboard is a little bit smaller than a normal keyboard. So if you are used to typing with a full-size keyboard it throws off your typing speed because your hands are cramped together and the keys are smaller. Another great thing about this IPad case is that it is sturdy enough to fold and set itself up in a upward position. This make it easier to view while the keyboard is still on the flat surface so you can still type with the comfort you need.

I purchased this ce becaus rim still looking for that ideal iPad case that suits all of my needs. I got this and then compared to the apple case and I actually surprisingly enough prefer the apple one...that is just my opinion though. THe Kensington case is just like the apple case except it has a keyboard; however the keyboard runs via Bluetooth. Because of this the iPad must have Bluetooth turned which uses a huge amount of battery so I always have to keep a charger on me when I want to use the keyboard otherwise my battery will be very low very quickly. Also the apple case covers the entire device except for all of the ports like the thirty pin connector, headphone jack, speaker, screen lock/silencer, and volume rockers. The Kensington case just covers the front screen and back of the ipad leaving the sides open to scratches and chips. This and the fact that the keyboard uses a lot of battery are the two main negatives of the case itself. The keyboard is really good though when using it. It has a nice touch to it and is not difficult at all to connect to your device. This keyboard can be used with almost any app that requires typing such as pages, notes, the safari address bar, etc. Also the keyboard itself has special function keys designed specifically for the iPad. There's a play/pause, home, quick search, brightness keys, volume control keys, and a lock key that when pressd locks the iPad. The best part about the lock key is that when u turn the iPad back on, you do not have slpife the bar at the bottom. It resumes right where you left off. Over all this case is great and I would definitely recommend it to anyone that is in posse ion of an iPad. Oh I recommend carryingn a charger with you at all times though....even though most iPad owners I see have one with them anyway.

This is a great idea. Apple tends to over charge for their products and the Kensington KeyFolio bluetooth keyboard is affordable and simple for even the most basic electronic buff. if i had an ipad myself i would purchase this item. i will suggest this to my friends and family. this is a must have if you dont have a keyboard for your ipad, this is a great choice.

This could help all kinds of people out. The touch screen on the ipad is yet amazing but sometimes people like the physical appearence and use of the actual keyboard. It could help tons when you are using it as an office computer because when you can sit up straight and type you can te ype faster and the response of the keyboard would be really the nice. Sometimes the touch screen keyboard isn't as fast as we would like it and when typing with the keyboard you can type with normal pace and you'd be already use to it because you've been typing with keyboards for most of your life. the stand could help if you just wanted to lay back and watch like a movie or your favorite tv episode then you get an email so you can hurry and reply to it then lay back down. Over all i think that this would be nice in general just to help with speed, and you could just type anywhere with it. you could even be on the couch with it on your lap.
