It keeps up with the demands of four adults in the house.

The Sears/Kenmore dishwasher was installed in our kitchen at least 10 years ago.  We have had very little trouble with it.  It has a few cycles but I find that running it on 'short' cycle does a good job even when it is quite full.   There are four adults living here and we are still able to run it every other day.   The only problem might be that the silverware is not always completely dry.    However, I can live with that rather spend much more money for a new dishwasher with all the bells and whistles which in my mind are just more parts to need attention!   I'm quite happy with the simple things in life and find no need to buy the latest in appliances or home decorating.   Also, being a senior citizen I find the simpler items take up less space and seniors are usually downsizing rather then getting into larger living quarters.   This dishwasher will satisfy our needs probably as long as we live!   The other two adults here are grown sons and I hope that they will find their way  to life on their own long before the dishwasher or we, give out!
