Kenmore Washing Machine Review

We purchased a Kenmore Oasis Elite washer last year . It is so very frustrating to have the F1 code come on at least 6-10 times per wash cycle.   If we were the first to complain about this issue I could see Sears not fixing the problem.  However, Sears knows there is a problem with the F1 function and should repair our washing machine free of charge.  You have a bad product, you know it is a bad product and you are doing nothing to correct the problem.  I am surprised a company of Sears longevity and customer service reputation does not stand behind this washing machine.
