Kenmore Washer - Oasis HE Review

I moved from an apartment into a home with a Kenmore Elite Oasis HE washer.  A really long and fancy name for a big hunk of crap!  The crappy little washers in the laundry mat at my apartment were leaps and bounds better than this thing.  The washer literally stinks and so do my clothes.  I press every button I can to try to get my clothes clean.  For example:  Heavy Duty Wash, Heavily Soiled, warm/warm, stain treat, prewash, and autosoak, extra rinse----and my clothes still are not clean when they come out!  We are talking about close to an 80 minute wash time here!

I'm embarrassed to have guests stay over at my house because my towels smell disgusting and my sheets smell far from fresh.  Did I mention the foul odor the washer emits when in use?  Oh, and that ours is already leaking from the bottom. 

Be prepared if you wash clothes in hot water.  The lid gets so covered in evaporated water, that it will leak all down the front of the washer.

I feel embarrassed when doing my laundry because even my shirts and undergarments aren't clean when they come out of the dryer.  The dryer just heats up all the soiled areas so that instead of getting a whiff of fresh clean clothes when folding laundry, you smell body odors that were never washed out! 

I washed all of my laundry in my parents washer just so I could have them clean for once.  That was months ago and whenever I pull out pillow cases or sheets that were washed at my parents--they still smell like they were just washed yesterday.  As for the stuff washed in my Kenmore Elite Oasis--I can still smell my lotion, my sunblock, and my body odors after washing them for over an hour.  I have to actually spray Febreeze on my clothes and towels to make them smell better. 

Don't buy this!  If this washer did not come with the home, I would have freaked out on Sears by now!  What a piece of crap!

Anyone who reviewed this washer as excellent has to be really disgusting and not like clean clothes.
