Kenmore Washer - Front Load HE5T —

My Kenmore washing machine has not even lasted 1 year. The repair man came to fix it, but had to order a part....1 week. Another repair man installs the part (main electrical board), but determines it's the door lock not the board. Emergency orders another part, but Sears has no record of the guy being here or the part ordered. These people don't comunicate too well with each other. Meanwhile, it's week 2 and the door lock finally comes with the original man to fix my machine. Why, it isn't the door lock, Sears ordered the wrong main electrical board. So now the original repairman "emergency" orders this second board. 5 days later, and no board. Apparently you have to call Sears to find out where your stuff is, because now someone tells me the part is actually back-orderd!!! This is 3 weeks later, and the saga continues and my wash is piling up.......
