This is a very good machine - you hould get the pedastal.  I unfortunately did not so you still need to bend down to get stuff in the machine.  I run a pet rescue so I put a lot of very dirty stuff in the machine and pack it pretty full. This machine can take a lickin and keep on tickin.  Highly reccommend this machine - but again, you should get the pedastal.
