Kenmore Washer - Front Load HE5T  — 

This washer is not my favorite. You definetly don't get what you pay for. When my clothes are on the spin cycle it shakes so bad the the washer actually moves from it's original location. The washer is also extremly load on the spin cycle. Would have been better off woth the 400.00 dollar washer instead of the 2, 000.00 one. On a positive note it does get the clothes clean.

Our washer is quiet and does not shake anything. The noise level is one of the main reasons we chose this one - it also gets the clothing nice and clean. We have not had any issues with mold but only use the recommended amount of detergent. I've heard too much detergent does lead to problems but who really knows if that's what causes issues.

This unit is actually known to be very quiet and remains still. It's a frontload High Efficiency and shouldn't be shaking much at all. The only reason they shake is if it is unbalanced, overloaded, or there is something wrong with the motor. Either way you should schedule an appointment with a technician to help you solve the problem because the unit's life can be significantly reduced by improper operation.
