Don't Get It.

    Separate places for soap, bleach, soften

Cons
    bad customer service from Sears, Pedestal not included

This product has broken down 5 times since we bought it little less than 3 years ago.  Besides it keep breaking down it takes Sears a week or more to come out and fix it.  My advice is go with a different brand of front loading washer and don't buy appliances from Sears.

I AGREE TOTALLY.ONLY HAD IT FOR 4 MONTHS THEN IT TOOK SEARS OVER 2 MONTHS TO FIX IT.PAID TOO MUCH AND WAS STILL MAKING PAYMENTS WHILE I HAD TO TAKE MY CLOTHES TO THE LAUNDRY MAT.SEARS IS A HUGE INTERPRISE BUT THEY DO NOT CARE ABOUT THE CONSUMER. THEY SHOULDN'T CARRY A PRODUCT THAT IS SO UNRELIABLE.MOM OF 3!
